SIS Project Updates May 2014

Reporting Period
14 April - 20 May 2014

Status Summary
The Panel and Team have met and resolved outstanding issues raised in the consultations.  The final set of legal queries has been determined.

The scope of the SIS has also been determined and will be sent to ITSC.

There has been a review of the Team and Panel and it has been resolved that there will be three teams going forward - Business Functions Team, Process Team and the Technical Team. Roles and responsibilities, time commitment and schedule have been developed ready for approaching potential members.

Three of the current team will remain as part of the Business Functions Team, Helen Bentham, Kevin Trimble and Andrew Burgess.

The new teams will be established by the end of the month.

  • Legal advice will be sort to assist in the resolution of some issues.
  • End Stage report will be provided to the ITSC indicating the scope of the SIS for sign-off

Project and Stage Tolerance Status

The timeline remains the same.  
Budget has been exceeded for this period. As reported in the last status report  this was expected due to the extensive nature of the consultations that had ITSC approval.  
This will be reported to the ITSC in the End Stage Report.

The establishment on new teams may take some time.  
An approach will be made to people encountered in the consultation process to help find appropriate people and keep the process short.
