Status Summary
New teams have been mostly established following directors’ approvals.
A few expected members did not commit and additional people are being approached for Finance in the Business Functions Team and others for the Process Architecture Team.
Meetings to commence shortly.
Advice on legal issues has been received from Minters and will be reviewed by the Teams.
There were no surprises and some decisions and potentially changes will be required in some processes.
There will also need to be a concerted effort around access control, data protection and data transfer between schools.
All actions will be collated and processed by the Teams.
