Corrective Actions Undertaken
The issues with the provision of the required data from Sydney has been addressed and Dan will now complete the work and hand over to Sydney DBA.

  • completion of the first ETL layer, and
  • the completion of testing using data from Sydney and Canberra-Goulburn
  • Testing ETL with Townsville,

Project and Stage Tolerance Status
The project is well within budget.
The completion date for delivery has been set back by 4-6 weeks to mid Term Four 2014.

Requests for Change

Key Issues and Risks
(Summary of actual or potential problems and risks)
The success of the CG staging means data will be in the staging and the next layer of work can be attempted. This has reduced the impact of the recently identified risks to the timeline arising from the slowness with Sydney.

Lessons Report (if appropriate)
(A review of what went well, what went badly, and any recommendations for corporate or programme management consideration)
