SIS Project Updates December 2013
Back to Project Updates
Reporting Period
1 November - 10 December 2013
Status Summary
Following the initial consultations members have been allowed time to commence their reviews of the documentations.
Approaches have been made to all members to arrange the follow-up consultations.
To date nine members have committed to a time and there is continuing contact with the other members to finalise their times.
Additionally there has been a brief meeting with Wilcannia Forbes to provide more detail to the finance person on the requirements for document review and responses.
They are quite limited by the local resources available. They were advised to concentrate on the business process documents and not the rules and requirements. Their consultation will be one of the last.
To date, and likely to be final, there is only one consultation in 2013, Broken Bay on 19 & 20 December. This will mean a greater burden in 2014 and a likely extension to the consultation period in order to accommodate all members in 2014.
